General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Manhwa, Manga Reader: Sakura, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms of Service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website, mobile application, and any communication (email or otherwise) between you and Sakura.

Under no circumstances shall the Sakura team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials within the app or website, even if Sakura or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If your use of the materials from this app or site results in the need for repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all associated costs. Sakura will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the use of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices, features, or our resource usage policy at any time.

License

Manhwa, Manga Reader: Sakura grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Sakura Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Violating these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Definitions and Key Terms

To make these Terms & Conditions as clear as possible:

• App / Service: Refers to Manhwa, Manga Reader: Sakura, including all its features such as manga reading, manga creation, explore community, chat stories, and offline reading.
• Company: When these Terms mention "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi, which is responsible for your information under these Terms.
• Country: Turkey.
• Device: Any internet-connected device (phone, tablet, computer) used to access Sakura.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Manga, manhwa, images, AI-generated stories, or any content created or uploaded by users.
• Third-Party Service: Advertisers, analytics partners, or affiliates that may provide features or offers through Sakura.
• You / User: A person or entity registered with Sakura to use the Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

1. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or distribute the app or its content to third parties.
2. Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any part of Sakura.
3. Remove or obscure copyright, logo, or ownership notices.
4. Use Sakura for any purpose not explicitly permitted in these Terms.
5. Circumvent or tamper with payment systems, ads, or digital rights protections.
6. Exploit Sakura content for commercial purposes without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Sakura to:

• Upload, share, or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or discriminatory.
• Post or generate any AI content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or personality rights of others (including characters or manga from third-party IPs).
• Share explicit adult or hentai manga content without marking it appropriately (age-restricted sections only).
• Use data scraping, bots, or automated tools to extract or collect Sakura data.
• Interfere with Sakura's infrastructure or misuse in-app monetization systems.

Any violation of the above may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

We (and our licensors) retain all rights, titles, and interests in Manhwa, Manga Reader: Sakura, including but not limited to:

• The software and platform architecture
• App design, artwork, and interface
• Sakura AI systems and algorithms
• All branding, trademarks, and logos
• Original Sakura-generated manga and promotional content

All rights not expressly granted to users remain with Sakura.

User-Generated Content

Sakura allows users to create, upload, and share their own manga, manhwa, webtoon, or AI-generated works.
While you retain ownership of your content, by publishing or sharing on Sakura, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Host, display, promote, and distribute your content within the Sakura platform.
• Feature your manga on Explore, community, or promotional sections (with attribution).
• Use anonymized or consented data to improve AI-powered manga creation tools.

You remain solely responsible for your creations and must ensure they do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Sakura may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Premium Access and Virtual Items

Some content within Sakura (such as exclusive manga chapters, premium AI tools, or additional features) may require paid access, points, or reading vouchers.
You may earn or purchase these through legitimate in-app mechanisms.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Offline and Community Features

Sakura provides offline reading capabilities and community-based Explore features.
Downloaded manga are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed.
Community interaction (comments, sharing, etc.) must follow respectful and lawful communication standards.

Third-Party Services

Sakura may contain links or integrations to third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools).
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
You may also delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting support@denalidigital.co.

Changes To Our Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you via in-app message, website notice, or email.
Your continued use of Sakura after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
