Welcome to Paww: Dog & Cat Translator ("App"), operated by Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App.

1. About the Application

Paww is an entertainment and pet companion application that provides features including:

• Pet emoji generation from uploaded pet photos
• Pet species/breed identification

The App is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with parental or guardian permission.

3. Changes to Terms

Uploaded photos are not used for facial recognition or advertising profiling.

5. User Accounts

Certain features may require account creation or authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Permissions

The App may require certain device permissions for proper functionality.

Microphone Permission

Required for:

Camera and Photo Library Permission

Required for:

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, although some App features may stop functioning properly.

• Logos

are owned by Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Redistribute
• Sell
• Exploit

any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the App.

However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process uploaded audio recordings
• Process uploaded pet images
• Generate requested outputs
• Operate and improve App functionality

This license exists solely for providing App features and services.

9. AI and Automated Processing

Some App features may use automated or AI-assisted technologies to:

• Transform audio recordings
• Detect pet species or breeds

Generated outputs are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect breed accuracy
• Scientific accuracy

• Error-free outputs

10. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain App features may require:

• Subscriptions
• Premium access
• In-app purchases

Payments are processed through Apple App Store services.

Subscription renewals and cancellations are governed by Apple's policies.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
