By accessing and using Ancestry: Family Tree, DNA, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website, mobile application, and any communication (email or otherwise) between you and the Service.

Under no circumstances shall the Ancestry: Family Tree, DNA team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional interpretation, or perceived outcomes generated by AI-based features.

The app provides AI-generated insights and entertainment-based predictions, including but not limited to:

• Ancestral profile analysis
• Past life interpretations
• Ideal partner suggestions
• Best place to live recommendations

These features are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered factual, scientific, genealogical, or psychological advice.

We reserve the right to change prices, features, or service policies at any time.

License

Ancestry: Family Tree, DNA grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

Definitions and Key Terms

To clarify these Terms:

• App / Service: Refers to Ancestry: Family Tree, DNA, including all features such as ancestry insights, AI predictions, and photo restoration.
• Company: Refers to Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi.
• Country: Turkey.
• Device: Any internet-connected device used to access the Service.
• User Input Data: Information provided by users including answers, preferences, and selections used for AI analysis.
• Face Data: Any uploaded photo or image containing a human face used for AI processing (e.g., photo restoration).
• AI Features: Includes all algorithm-based outputs such as past life predictions, ancestry insights, and partner compatibility suggestions.
• Third-Party Services: External providers such as analytics tools, AI infrastructure, or payment systems.
• You / User: Any individual using the Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with app functionality, security, or infrastructure
• Bypass subscription or payment systems

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates rights
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Use face data for impersonation, fraud, or misleading purposes
• Submit content that violates privacy, copyright, or identity rights
• Attempt to misuse AI outputs as factual or verified identity information

Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

AI Features Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

The app includes AI-powered features such as:

• Your Past Life
• Ancestral Insight
• Best Place to Live
• Your Ideal Partner

These outputs are:

• Generated algorithmically
• Based on limited user-provided input
• Not scientifically validated

Therefore:

• Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional
• Outputs should not be used for real-life decision making
• The Company is not responsible for user interpretation of AI results

Face Data & Photo Usage

The app allows users to upload images for features such as:

• Revive Your Ancestral Photo

By uploading a photo:

• You confirm you have the right to use the image
• You grant permission for temporary AI processing
• You acknowledge that the image will be processed to generate results

We:

• Do NOT use face data for identity recognition
• Do NOT store biometric identifiers
• Do NOT sell or share face data

Face data is processed securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our Intellectual Property Rights

We retain all rights to:

• The app software and architecture
• AI systems and algorithms
• Design, branding, and interface
• Generated outputs and visual results (excluding user-uploaded content)

All rights not granted are reserved.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload.

However, by using the Service:

• You grant us a limited license to process content for feature functionality
• You acknowledge content may be temporarily processed by AI systems

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any rights.

Premium Access

Some features require payment, including:

• Advanced AI insights
• Photo restoration tools
• Additional feature access

All purchases are handled via Apple / Google and are subject to their billing terms.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for:

• Analytics
• Payments

We are not responsible for third-party policies or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time.
