3. License to Use the App
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control.
This license is granted solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

- Provide attribution.
- Link users to original articles.

- Google News.
- CNN.
- Deutsche Welle or DW.
- The New York Times.
- Any other publisher displayed or referenced in the App.
The names, trademarks, logos, headlines, articles, and other intellectual property of third-party publishers belong to their respective owners.
The appearance of a publisher's name in the App does not indicate that the publisher:
- Participated in the creation of NewsBrief.
- Approved a NewsBrief podcast.
- Verified a generated summary.
- Endorsed the App.
- Entered into a commercial relationship with us.
7. Google News RSS and Other Feeds
The App may use Google News RSS feeds or similar publicly accessible feeds to discover news metadata relevant to user preferences.
Google News is an independent third-party service.
The availability of information through an RSS feed does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to us or to the user.
The App's use of a feed does not mean that Google or the relevant publisher has:
- Licensed all underlying article content to us.
- Approved our summaries.
- Endorsed the App.
- Verified the accuracy of generated podcasts.
- Granted us ownership of news content.
We may change, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the use of a particular RSS feed or source at any time.
We do not guarantee that any specific feed, publisher, headline, or article will remain accessible.
8. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

- Interviews.
- Analysis.
- Other editorial materials.
All ownership rights in such materials remain with their respective authors, publishers, licensors, and rights holders.
NewsBrief does not claim ownership of original third-party news content.

- Religious or philosophical belief.
NewsBrief does not provide voting instructions, legal advice, government advice, or official election information.
