Welcome to Aura Scanner, provided by Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aura Scanner mobile application and related digital services (“Application,” “App,” or “Aura Scanner”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
Aura Scanner is an AI-powered entertainment, wellness, lifestyle, and self-reflection application. The App allows users to explore aura-inspired results, daily mood reflections, aura colors, color charts, energy balance insights, aura references, daily affirmations, manifestation exercises, and meditation timer features.
The Application does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, therapeutic, financial, legal, or professional advice. All AI-generated content and interpretations are provided for entertainment, lifestyle, wellness, and self-reflection purposes only.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Application on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you must not use the Application or submit any personal information, facial photos, or other content through the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Application, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Application after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Application.
3. Privacy Policy and Data Collection
Your access to and use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and disclose information when you use the Application.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application may request the following permissions and access:
Camera Access: Used when you choose to take a facial photo or image for the Aura Scanner feature.
Photo Library Access: Used when you choose to upload an existing photo from your device for the Aura Scanner feature.
Internet and Network Access: Required for online functionality, AI-powered processing, subscription validation, analytics, performance monitoring, and cloud-based services.
Notification Permission: May be used to send reminders related to affirmations, meditation, manifestation, daily aura checks, or other App features, if you enable notifications.
App Tracking Permission: Where applicable, the App may request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework for advertising, attribution, or analytics purposes.
The Application does not require microphone access for its core features unless a future feature clearly requests it.
The Application does not require access to Apple Health, HealthKit, or similar health data platforms for its core features unless a future feature clearly requests it and provides a separate explanation.
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as full credit card details. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

4. Application Features
Aura Scanner may include, but is not limited to, the following features:
Aura Scanner: Users may take or upload a facial photo to receive AI-generated aura-inspired results. These results may include aura colors, daily mood interpretation, color chart, energy balance, aura references, and similar insights.
Affirmations: Users may view daily affirmation cards and use affirmation-related content for self-reflection and motivation.
Manifesting: Users may select a manifestation intention, manifestation length, and manifestation phrase to receive manifestation-related content and guidance.
Meditation: Users may use a meditation timer, select meditation duration, and choose meditation music or sound options.
AI-Generated Results: The App may use AI-powered or AI-assisted systems to generate text, interpretations, visual-style outputs, recommendations, or similar content.
Premium Features: Certain features, content, generation limits, scans, results, or usage rights may require an active subscription or in-app purchase.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Application uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate aura-inspired results, mood reflections, energy balance insights, aura references, affirmations, manifestation-related content, and meditation-related suggestions.
You understand and agree that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.
AI-generated content is not a factual determination about your body, face, health, emotions, personality, aura, energy, future, relationships, mental state, or spiritual condition.
The App does not measure or verify any real aura, medical condition, psychological state, biometric health condition, or emotional diagnosis.
You should not rely on the Application as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
If you have health, mental health, emotional, safety, or medical concerns, you should contact a qualified professional.
6. Face Photo and AI Processing
When you use the Aura Scanner feature, you may choose to take or upload a facial photo. This photo may be processed by us and/or our service providers only to provide the requested AI-powered aura-inspired result.
By using the Aura Scanner feature, you consent to the processing of your submitted photo for the purpose of generating the requested result.
We do not use facial photos or face data for identity verification.
We do not use facial photos or face data for facial recognition.
We do not create biometric templates, faceprints, or facial recognition profiles.
We do not use face data to authenticate users.
We do not use face data to identify a specific person.
We do not use face data for advertising.
We do not sell face data.
We do not attempt to determine sensitive characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, health condition, or identity from your facial photo.
We do not use facial photos or face data to train AI models unless we obtain separate explicit consent where required by applicable law.
You must not upload photos of another person unless you have their permission. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit through the Application.
7. User Content
“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, select, create, save, or otherwise provide through the Application, including photos, facial photos, manifestation intentions, manifestation phrases, selected preferences, and related inputs.
You retain any rights you may have in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Application, you grant Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Application, providing requested features, generating AI-powered outputs, improving technical performance, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.
This license does not give us ownership of your User Content.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
Your User Content does not violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, intellectual property right, or these Terms.
Your User Content does not include unlawful, abusive, harmful, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Account Registration, Access, and Deletion
Certain features of the Application may be available without creating an account. Other features may require an account, device-based identifier, subscription entitlement, or third-party authentication.
If account registration is available, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or device-based access.
If the Application provides account deletion functionality, you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the Application or by contacting us at support@denalidigital.co.
Upon deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where required by applicable law, unless retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
9. Permissions and Device Settings
You may enable or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
However, disabling permissions may limit or prevent certain features from working properly.
For example:
Disabling camera access may prevent you from taking a new photo for the Aura Scanner feature.
Disabling photo library access may prevent you from uploading an existing photo.
Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving reminders.
Disabling internet access may prevent AI processing, subscription validation, and online features.
You are responsible for managing device permissions according to your preferences.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Application may use third-party services and integrations, including but not limited to:
Cloud hosting and storage providers.
AI and machine learning providers.
Analytics and crash reporting tools.
Subscription and in-app purchase infrastructure providers.
Advertising and attribution providers.
Customer support tools.
App Store distribution and payment systems.
These third-party services may process certain information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We am not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services, websites, platforms, or integrations that are not controlled by us.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Application may require an in-app purchase, subscription, or premium access.
All purchases made through the iOS Application are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your full payment card information.
Subscription plans, prices, trial periods, renewal periods, and included features may be displayed inside the Application before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple’s App Store rules.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue premium features, pricing, trial availability, or subscription offerings at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
The Application may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, promotional offers, or limited-time access to premium features.
Eligibility for trials or promotions may be limited and may vary by user, region, device, platform, or subscription history.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Upload photos or content that you do not own or have permission to use.
Upload photos of other people without their consent.
Use the Application to harass, defame, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
Attempt to extract, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Application.
Attempt to bypass subscriptions, paywalls, security systems, usage limits, or access controls.
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to access or abuse the Application.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, servers, networks, or security of the Application.
Use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including but not limited to software, design, user interface, graphics, branding, logos, text, features, functionality, databases, algorithms, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Application without our prior written permission.
15. End User License Agreement
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application to you.
You may not:
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the Application for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, your use of the Application must also comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the Application, if applicable, in accordance with Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Application.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your license to use the Application on Apple-branded products. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16. Content Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time.
We do not guarantee that any specific feature, AI output, aura result, affirmation, manifestation content, meditation music, saved content, or premium feature will always be available.
Some features may depend on internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party providers, subscription status, AI availability, or App Store rules.
17. User Conduct and Content Moderation
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Application if we believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the security of the Application.
We may remove or restrict User Content if it is unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.
We may also take steps to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or misuse of AI-powered features.
18. No Medical or Health Advice
Aura Scanner is not a medical device and is not intended to be used for medical purposes.
The Application does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or manage any disease, disorder, mental health condition, emotional condition, or physical condition.
Aura colors, mood interpretations, energy balance insights, aura references, affirmations, manifestation content, and meditation suggestions are not medical or psychological assessments.
You should not use the Application to make health-related decisions.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical, psychological, mental health, or wellness concerns.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Application will meet your expectations or personal goals.
AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, safe, unbiased, or suitable for your circumstances.
Aura Scanner results will reflect your actual mood, energy, aura, personality, health, or future.
Meditation, affirmation, or manifestation content will produce any specific outcome.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
You use the Application at your own discretion and risk.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, personal decisions made based on AI-generated content, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Application.
We are not liable for:
AI-generated outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable.
User decisions made based on aura results, mood interpretations, affirmations, manifestation content, meditation suggestions, or other App content.
Loss or deletion of User Content, saved results, history, or App data.
Service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party provider failures.
Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device, account, or credentials.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Denali Digital Bilişim Limited Şirketi, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Application.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Your User Content.
Your upload or submission of photos, text, or other content without proper rights or consent.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or used the Application in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
You may stop using the Application at any time.
Termination does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or App Store account settings.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related provisions.
23. Export and Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes and that you are not listed on any applicable restricted party list.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
