We retain these images for up to 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You may also request deletion at any time, and we will remove your images immediately.

All data is processed on secure servers with encryption applied at upload and during storage. We do not extract or store biometric templates, facial landmarks, or any unique identifiers from your image.

AI Content Generation and Data Processing

When you use the AI video or image generation features of the app, the following data may be transmitted to our secure servers:

This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI content.

All processing is performed exclusively on servers owned and operated by Upside App Studio. We do not use any third-party AI services or external processors for this functionality.

Your prompts and uploaded images are processed temporarily in memory and are automatically deleted immediately after the generation process is completed. We do not store, retain, archive, or otherwise keep this data.

Only the generated output (image or video) is returned to the app and saved locally on your device if you choose to save it.

We do not use your prompts or images for identification, tracking, profiling, analytics, advertising, or training purposes.

Once uploads are complete, users can browse and select from a diverse set of pre-trained image styles, including vintage portraiture, cyberpunk, fantasy, anime, and more. Each style dictates how the final image will transform your facial data while preserving core identity features.

3. Secure AI Generation

The processing takes place in a secure, encrypted cloud environment utilizing advanced neural networks such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks). The system reconstructs new images from scratch, merging artistic elements with the provided facial inputs. The entire process can take anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes depending on system load and style complexity.

4. Automatic Purging of Facial Data

All uploaded face images are automatically removed from our servers after 14 days, unless earlier deletion is manually initiated by the user. The deletion is irreversible and follows strict cryptographic protocols to prevent recovery.

5. Purpose-Limited Usage

We strictly prohibit any reuse, resale, or secondary utilization of user-uploaded photos. Your images are used only to deliver the visual outputs you request. They are never integrated into model training, commercial reuse, or internal research.
